Transparent rates, no gratuity expected.

60 minutes means 60 minutes of bodywork.

30 minute session - $80, paid at time of service. Ideal for targeted pain treatment work and/or maintenance massage.

60 minute session - $140, paid at time of service. Ideal for a full-body wellness massage, either on its own, or combined with some targeted treatment work.

90 minute session - $190, paid at time of service. Ideal for a thorough, full-body wellness massage, either on its own, or combined with more extensive treatment work.

120 minute session - $240, paid at time of service. Ideal for a thorough, deeply-relaxing full-body wellness massage; either on its own, or combined with treatment work.

No-charge 20 minute phone or virtual consultation - Ideal for those who want to address chronic pain and injuries, or who have more complex needs, and want to ask in-depth questions before scheduling an appointment.

Sliding scale appointments are available on a case-by-case basis. Please email for more information before booking your appointment. Those in need of pain treatment especially are encouraged to reach out.

I am not paneled with any insurance companies, but I can provide superbills to those who wish to file for reimbursement with their insurance carriers.

Payment is accepted at the time of service, in the form of cash, check, or Venmo.
